X-clusive Y‘all…. Z

Just thought I’d shoot out a quick update as the competition comes to a close. First off i want to thank everyone who has helped me out; voting, spamming, “liking,” sharing my entry to help me collect votes. Means a ton to me that people I don’t even know would help me out and the people I do know got my back. Now that that’s done, I just want to share some of the highlights from the past few weeks.

Primarily, I have acquired a new wardrobe for the exhibition on Thursday. For those of you who know me, I’m a bit of a scrub in the way I dress. Let’s put it this way, TLC would never give me no love….and that’s saying a lot considering TLC stands for Tender Love and Care. Some bullshiiiit. Anyways, Imma look sharp on Thursday, which is pretty significant for me. Next, I’ve been getting a lot of good publicity over the past few weeks. Which is great. Entering this competition has already paid off ten fold. I got some play in the Brisbane newspaper, as well as a few art blogs. Most recently and probably most notably a site called Design Montage. A nice little interview and some sweet shots from the production of Forbidden Fruit (Thanks Jenica!). And, Because I quite like those pics and I ALSO have a blog/website of my own, I figured I could post the ones I like. So, check em out and enjoy! “Making The Fruit”….
